Press Brakes with Mechanical/Pneumatic Clutches

SARB Presses offers Press Brakes with Mechanical/Pneumatic Clutches. These have been designed and developed for continuous production and accuracy. The rigid frames are fabricated with tested plates; its interlocked construction with the bed directly supported on the sidewalls ensures consistent, accuracy and perfect alignment. A high torque – low inertia friction cone clutch linked with heavy-duty brake arrangement ensures max transmission of torque and power. It is designed for easy control of the ram speed and for frequent starting and stopping. The clutch is readily accessible and adjustable easily. Gunmetal bushes are provided in all running parts. Standard accessories: suitable electric motor, electric control panel, gear and fly wheel guard, back gauge, handle for back gauge, hand lever and foot paddle, standard die and punch, and single shot lubrication system. Optional accessories: special die and punch, auto lubrication system, pneumatically clutch and air compressor, motorized back gauge and a pneumatic clutch.
