Trinity Enterprises offers DYE brand synchronised press brakes with DNC control. These press brakes manufactured in New Zealand are designed and built for customers who demand precision, speed and durability. These are based on a proven design that features maximum strength, rigidity and the highest quality components, including Swiss made Cybelec controllers. They meet all needs, from the biggest production run to the smallest one-off job. With wide range of options available, the DYE press brake can be built to meet the unique criteria (Y1-Y2) mounted on each side of the top beam. These measure the exact distance between the top tool and the bottom tool to an accuracy of 0.01 mm. Both encoders travel on a zero clearance linear track ensuring that the information sent to the control valves allows the top tool to be positioned exactly parallel to the bottom tool. With this precise control over the bending process, every job can be completed exactly as intended. Features: Anti Deflection System (ADS) hydraulic crowning to avoid the need to shim tooling; automatically set by the controller for each fold; multiple axis backgauge combinations available; can provide single or twin ball-screw back-gauge with runners mounted near side framers for rigidity and to maximse the ability for reverse bends; and top tool clamping can be hydraulic (intermediate beam, sectionalized and with compensation by wedges) or quick release clamping system.
