Power Presses

Sadhu Engineering Works offers Amrit Power Presses manufactured in a wide range for applications like blanking, forming, cutting, piercing, bending, punching, trimming, coining, cold forging and forging, etc. The frame is rigid, stress relieved welded steel made from high quality tested plates built to absorb the heavy work load imposed an application. The company has a modernised foundry at its factory for casting parts made of high grade cast iron. Crankshaft is made from special alloy steel to withstand the effective load, fitted in phosphor bronze bushes with high accuracy. Flywheel is made of high grade cast iron, designed to generate the required energy. The flywheel rotates on anti friction bearing. The machines are designed with mechanical and pneumatic clutch as per customers’ requirements. Single and multi disc clutches are available on demand. The lubrication system is provided to lubricate the sliding surfaces and all the moving parts of press. The company also designs presses as per customers’ requirements with special specifications. Special attention has been paid for the strength of the slide and the bed structure to withstand and minimise deformity of the parts of the press. The company has also offers coining and cold forging knuckle joint presses and hot forging presses.
