Accurate Industries offers a Power Press, Model City. City presses are available in capacities of 10 tonnes to 250 tonnes in geared and ungeared models. The frame is made of robust fabricated steel construction, rigid and interlocked design. It is strain-free, supports the ram and bed against undesired deflection under permissible loading condition. The main gear engages every time when the foot pedal is pressed and drive provided through V-belts and all the journals are fitted in gun metal bearings. The spring operated powerful heavy-duty brakes are of release type, operated by a cam. The variable stroke feature enables the press to meet all kinds of operations by employing short strokes for blanking and drawing operation of changing the stroke can be effect in less than a minute. The inclinable mechanism of the City presses is sufficiently high above the glare to be manually operated easily and conveniently safely for standing position; the frame pilot positioned well so high, the press is not changed.
