Power Press Rolling Key, C-Frame

SARB Presses offers C-Frame Power Press Rolling Key. These are economical, accurate and have several advantages. Salient features: the frame is a rigid steel structure, welded and stress relieved before machining to eliminate any residual tensions; stress and deflection are within the permissible limits, assure maximum strength even under the highest load; eccentric shaft/crankshaft and bearings – a forged piece of carbon steel and prior to the machining the shaft goes under various tests; shaft is ground finished on bearing surfaces, all main and pitman bearings are of heavy walled nickel phosphorous bronze duly hand scrapped; the slide is a cast of fabricated out of high quality steel fully stress relieved and accurately machined; this runs on 4x4 independent extra long gibs with replaceable liners, bearings clearance bronze on the gibs easily adjustable; the gibs are of heavy-duty grey iron castings, machined and hand scrapped; the clutch of the C-frame power presses is of rolling key type and gives continuous strokes for mass production; crankshafts is manufactured of special alloy steel and fitted in with gunmetal bushes for smooth performance and extended durability; table and ram are flawlessly aligned to each other to get extremely high precision press operation; SARB presses are provided with single rolling key treadle operated; mechanical non repeat rolling key control is operated by treadle for single or continuous stroke as desired; a single shot lubrication system is provided for all moving parts of the machine assures for a trouble free running of the machine; accurate alignment of slide is assured by full support to slide on all 4 side to minimise effect of off centre loads; and slides are made of steel casting graded.
