Power press - Basant-Bi

Basant Industries, New Delhi, manufactures power presses with an optional mechanical overload safety plate system. The body of the press is made of rolled steel plates and the ram is adjustable in height. A locking system is provided for these presses. Presses from 100 tons onwards are equipped with pneumatic weight balance as a standard feature with pneumatic clutch presses. For air friction, clutch presses are provided with push buttons. Applications: Blanking, drawing, piercing, punching and assembly purposes. Technical specifications: The press table is made of high quality steel on presses up to 125 Mp with T-slots diagonal or parallel. Depending upon the press version, the ram is equipped either with two 45 degree guide way or a 4-fold 45 degree flat guide way system that is easily adjustable. Features: Availability of two hand single stroke, foot single stroke, foot continuous stroke, and two hand set-up features. Lubrication is visible through plastic tubes The press is supplied with pneumatic and hydraulic die cushions for draw components.
