Pneumatic Quench Press

Simpletec Automatics offers Pneumatic Quench Press, Model PQP-3T. These presses are suitable for small components with manual loading/unloading. During pressing and quenching the pneumatically operated toggle comes in line of the component and tool axis and there by does not allow the top tool/die to move up even at a reactionary force of over 25Tdue to expansion during quenching. Quench oil flow can be set with a manual flow regulating valve and can be seen on the HMI provided in the electric panel of the machine. Quench time is set by the HMI. Compressed air supply at 6 bar is required to run operate the machine.

Manipulators for automatic loading and unloading of components are offered as optional accessories. Machine having single station or up to four stations are offered in various capacities from 3T to 7.5T
