Link Motion Power Press bNLX series is applicable for light, thin material for single and continuous operation such as blanking, piercing, bending, forming. These products are suitable for transfer line.
- With link motion the slide velocity decreases by 40% during the working position of the stroke i.e. at BDC. The slide velocity increases by 40% and maintains optimum production rates. This results in better quality parts at optimum production rates
- The material slows more effectively during the non-working position. In addition, slow speed through the working stroke reduces die impact, punch penetration, noise and vibration and it increases machine and die life
- Slide guides are designed with extra length and surface area to provide best possible resistance to slide tipping which is caused by off center loading in the die
