NC Press Brakes

PBR series NC press brakes are fitted with 2-axes NC controller, ie, provided with NC stroke and NC back gauge which offers better economy even for multiple bend jobs. The machines are offered from range of 20 MT to 500 MT in working length of 1250 4000 mm. They enable the operator to bend jobs with l to 4 bends on each edge in one set up reducing handling time and inventory of semi finished jobs and work in progress costs. These offer reduced set up fastest stroke cycles for all jobs, minimizes the need to refer drawings for repeat runs. They allow air bending of different angles by memorising stroke positions. Setting for regular jobs can be stored in memory to save time. They avoid inconvenience, waste of time when production run is interrupted for odd jobs and then continued. Trimans NC press brakes memorises 156 (=13 x 12) stroke positions to store most popular bends, stroke length, speed change from 1 99 times, stores heights of 13 pairs of punches and dies to avoid faulty programming and allows skipping a step in programme if the bend is not required on the job.
