Multi-press Machines

Oak Tree-Elektromag offers Multi-press Machines. It is designed for jobs with multiple operations of different punching and cutting-to-length in continuously fed on-line production, thus avoiding handling and tool changes required to process cut strips. It is available in different configurations to accommodate different coil widths and thickness. It uses field-proven user-friendly control panel/programme with options of programming feed lengths, feed speed, punching station selection, punching sequence and batch quantity. It is supplied with stand-alone decoiler/ straightener combo unit. It comes with a single punching station used for cut-to-length job application, or up to 6 stations depending on the variety of jobs to be done on it. It has a number of punching/ cutting stations on a single rigid frame. Punching stations are hydraulically powered and can be operated in programmed sequence. Punching stations are available in 6-, 10- and 15-tonne capacity of each punching station. Material in coil form is fed through programmable electronic roll feed with high degree of accuracy. Separate encoder feedback ensures error-free feed lengths. Generous selection of servo drive and power pack ensures enough power is available for feeding as well as punching operation. These units are available with coil capacity of 600, 1000 and 1500 kg.
