Swastik Engitech Pvt Ltd offers a Link Motion Power Press – bNLX Series. With link motion, the slide velocity decreases by 40% during the working position of the stroke, i.e., at BDC, so the material flows more effectively. During the non-working portion, the slide velocity increases by 40% thereby it maintains high production rates. This results in better quality parts at higher production rates. In addition, slower speed through the working stroke reduces die impact, punch penetration, noise and vibration, and it increases machine and die life. These guides are designed with extra length and surface area to provide best possible resistance to slide tipping caused by off center loading in the die and most suitable for highly precise pressing applications. This increases tool life. Optional accessories: foot switch; knockout system; photo electric safety guards; anti vibration mounts; and pneumatic die cushion bellow type.
