Kanthi Industries offers Megabound Joint Forming Press for books. The books are pressed immediately after casing-in and the joint is burnt-in at the same time. Pressure and temperature of the joint bars can be adapted to the binding material. Therefore the joint is formed extremely well and receives a perfect and permanent shape. Simple, versatile and friendly machine: hydraulic book press of 2 tonnes for even pressing of book; adjustable depth on joint formation; heated formers for perfect joint formation; and interchangeable guides for various applications. Technical data: book thickness – 8-100 mm; book size – 300 x 250 mm; power – 2 HP, 415 V, 3 HP; and hydraulic pressure – 2000 kg.
