Hammer Knock Industries is a leading manufacturer of impact presses in India. The company aims at creating products that can withstand tough conditions. It provides a complete riveting solution to customers as per the component (job) and production output. The mission is to constantly improve the quality of customers? products in the most cost effective and efficient way as possible. Impact presses are available in two models, i.e., HKIP1100 ? 1.1 tonnage and HKIP 3500 ? 3.5 tonnage. Both models have the options of pneumatic and hand operated functions. These are different from conventional flywheel and arbor presses. The main principle of impact press is to convert kinetic energy of spring into impact load on the component. The operator pulls the handle correspondingly the tool touches the job, this leads to instant forming of job as per the requirement and uniform finish is achieved. The customised impact press with extra range stroke of 145 mm can be applied for riveting, marking, embossing, etc., in deep parts where standard machine stroke is not reachable. This machine is supplied to Ebco Pvt Ltd for star riveting on hinge parts.
