Hydraulic Specimen Mounting Press

Pyromatic hydraulic press is used for mounting the metallographic specimen in a bakelite powder to mould it with the powder. Once the moulding is over, it facilitates the polishing process more effectively without transmitting the heat to the operator/polisher's hand, because of its high insulating property. It further brings down the mounting cost and the alignment of the mounted metal will be more accurate. The mounting press is equipped with a high tonnage hydraulic jack, a digital timer and a thermostat to trip the power of the heating element and regulate the current.
