Singhal Power Presses offers Hydraulic Press Brakes, HPB Series. NC controller "X" and "Y" axis: equipped with controller, encoder and servo drive; NC ram stroke and back gauge option on the machine greatly increases versatility of the machine. Features: sturdy welded frame is designed for maximum resistance to deflection; ram is of one-piece construction and is guided with long adjustable gibs, ground finished and fitted with non-metallic liners; torsion bar is designed for beam stability and parallelism; cylinders (Y1 and Y2) are manufactured from high-quality steel and designed to maximum seal interfaces, load concentration and wear points; piston rods are hard chromed and ground for smooth and trouble-free performance; high quality low friction pressure seals are used; three speed bending operation includes fast free fall, stable bending and rapid return to facilitate good production cycle times; etc. Standard accessories: electrical including electric motor, control panel with selection of auto, inch and single cycle auto mode of operation; pair of lifting links; fine stroke adjustment rod with limit switches; standard die block and punch; manual back gauge with digital readout. Optional accessories: motorised back gauge with digital readout; NC operated back gauge; sheet supports with disappearing stoppers for front gauge; manual crowning device to compensate for bed deflection; photo electric safety guards; bed tilting arrangement; and hardened and ground tooling.
