Energy Mission Engineers manufactures a complete range of sheet-metal machinery like hydraulics press-brake, hydraulic shear, hydraulic iron-worker, hydraulic deep drawing press, etc. The hydraulic press-brake is the most important tool for the fabrication industry. According to the size and thickness of the job, the many different models, ie, more than 35 models are available. The range starts from 20 MT to 600 MT and length varies from 1250 mm to 6000 mm. The machine is made of ultrasonically tested steel plates. The robust construction is capable of withstanding high bending forces. The hydraulic system and control panel is made of international quality components to ensure trouble free performances and long service life. The toolings are made of high carbon steel. The machine is also available with different optional accessories like NC-CNC controls, anti-deflection unit, ram-tilting arrangement, hydraulic tool clamping and NC back-gauging, etc. Hardened and ground toolings are available as optional supply. The hydraulic press-brake is advantageous to mechanical press-brake in many aspects like silent operation, less maintenance, better bending quality, more safety, ram stroke adjustment, less power consumption, in a wide range of selections.
