Hydraulic Ironing &.Embossing Press

The National Small Industries Corporation Ltd (NSIC) offers Hydraulic Ironing and Embossing Press M-600 for use in leather tanneries. This machine is being manufactured at Prototype Development and Training Centre (PTC) with Danish collaboration. It is used for embossing leather and even ironing sheep and goat skin. A special oil recovery system is provided in the machine. The M-600 is operated electrohydraulically. The machine is fitted with a self-regulating variable volume pump for minimum power consumption. It incorporates a timing device and thermostat for semi-automatic operation. Specifications are: the platen size is 1,370 x 660 x 12 mm International Standard; daylight: 100 mm; and product ion per hour: 200-250 goat or sheep skins, 114 -120 calf skins, 70-100 hides.
