Nalin Steel Industries offers Kishan brand Hydraulic Deep Draw Presses, designed and developed thorough years of experience in sheet metal working machines. These presses are widely accepted in industries for continuous productions runs and in areas requiring accuracy and respectability coupled with high production. This is a five-cylinder, double action deep draw press with mechanical eject system, and two-cylinder, single action pin type deep draw press. Construction features: frame – column and bottom are fabricated from heavy mild steel with facing and machining; cylinder – hydraulic cylinders are made out seamless pipe with accurate boring, grinding, honing and piston from special rigid steel with same accuracy with U-cupe/chevron packing and rubber O-ring, etc; power pack – provided with gear pump, vane pump, plunger pump, control valve, connecting hoses pipes, pressure meter, etc; and system of operation – hydraulic deep draw press is available in hand lever direction control valve and automatic electric panel with push button operation. Uses and applications: to manufacture electric motor fan cover, every type of panel box, special type of furniture and tube light boxes, kitchen wear products, SS kitchen sinks, SS washbasins, pressure cookers, etc.
