Clean-Cat Conveyors offers a Hydraulic Vulcanising Press. The Clean-Cat conveyor belt vulcanising equipment has proved to be extremely durable, lightweight and easy to handle in toughest field conditions. The entire vulcanising equipment is manufactured out of special light aluminium alloy. Equipment is designed to give optimum bending strength and uniform temperature and pressure distribution. Portable or stationary vulcanising equipment is available in pairs of one size or as a combination arrangement. The special lightweight platens are totally enclosed. The upper and lower heating platens are provided with handles. The fronts of the heating platens are equipped with special type of linear sockets for electrical connections. Sockets are concealed inside the platen to avoid damage of electrical plugs while transporting and shifting. All Clean-Cat vulcanising equipment is manufactured from standard parts, pairs of one size are therefore interchangeable and combination of several pairs of platens can be built up to cover large splicing areas. Individual pairs of platens can be used for variety of applications such as batching, through cut repair or edge building. Such as an arrangement presents highly economical vulcanising system. Conduit box for the control of one pair of platen is available with manual and automatic temperature control with indicator lamps and electrical sockets. The temperature control panel is installed with solid-state temperature controllers and digital display of temperature to read the temperature from a distance. Other features include hydraulic cross beam, heating platens, hydraulic cylinders, clamping bolts and a hand pump.
