The press is available in a wide choice of bed sizes, stroke, daylight, ram speeds, control options and up-acting and down-acting plates. Sarb hydraulic presses include straight side press models, 4-post and 4-column hydraulic presses and much more. Each press was designed to fit the exact required specifications. A hydraulic press is powered by a hydraulic pump to a hydraulic cylinder or cylinders that drive the slide. It allows for job parameters such as travel distance, force and return position to be easily configured for a variety of jobs within a single press. Various levels of sophistication are available from simple mechanical switches to digitally programmable control. This flexibility yields a hydraulic presses greatest advantage.
