Hydraulic Interlocking Pavers Press

Ace Automation Engineers manufactures hydraulic oil based interlocking tile presses in three sizes: 25, 50 and 75 tonne. These presses are manufactured in square ring frame design and are ideal for manufacturing concrete interlocking blocks, pavers, tiles and curbstones. The force required for making different products can be regulated using a knob provided for the purpose. These presses can be supplied with manual hand lever operation or with electronic auto timer. The company's unique composite hy- draulic cylinders power these presses. This results in a hydraulic system delivering high force at high speed but with a small electric motor. For example, a 75 tonne tile press requires only 5 HP motor but can deliver 20 strokes/minute. All hydraulic and electrical components are sourced from reputed suppliers. The hydraulic cylinders are made from seamless steel pre-burnished tubes and super finished, hard chrome plated piston rods imported from Stelmi, Italy. Hydraulic seals of Busak + Shamban/Merkel, Germany are used for smooth, leak less and trouble free opera- tion.
