High Speed Presses, PDH

Impact Machines offers straight sided single/two point suspension, geared/ungeared, High Speed Mechanical Lamination Blanking Press, PDH-Series. Impact Machines is a manufacturer of Mechanical Power Presses, based on proven designs, available in various types, in capacities ranging from 10 to 800 tonnes. These are used by blue chip automobile, white goods, cold and hot forgings, electronic components, and motor lamination manufacturers or their ancillaries. The manufacturing plant is equipped with all the facilities such as fabrication, stress relieving, horizontal boring, milling, grinding, drilling, lathes, high capacity overhead cranes, testing and measuring instruments, etc. The design department uses Auto-CAD as well as E-Pro (SolidWorks) with finite element analysis for designing of presses.
