Technocomm Engineers offers J11-C type Gap Press. These universal high performance presses are widely used in the fields of aeronautics, auto, agriculture machines, electric machines, apparatuses and meters, medical equipments, electrical home appliances and hardware. The company is engaged in sales, service, refurbishment and erection/commission of power presses, CNC machines, and SPMs for machining and testing machines for wheels and tyres. It also has a Fabrication Division for material handling equipment and storage systems.
- With compact structure and lower energy consumption, the press has stronger torque and bigger nominal pressure stroke, which suitable for thick plate punching
- The frame is welded by quality steel and adopts the gap frame with fixed bed
- With single disc and pneumatic friction blocks clutch and break, which engages smoothly, has abrasion resistant and gets long service life
- Controlled by magnetic unit or PLC controller, the press has three operation modes: inch stroke, single stroke and continuous stroke
- There is a mechanical overload protector in the slide, if unload, it will be damaged to protect the machine
- Special non connecting rod mechanism will reduce the height of the machine and also improve rigidity and guiding precision of slide.
