Flywheel C-Frame Press

The 75-tonne flywheel C-frame press offered by Serconsult is ideally suited for cutting and fine dimpling/pressing operations where high strengths for stamping are required. This C-frame press is a monolithic electro-welded steel unit with an adjustable stroke from 12 to 140 mm, a speed of 150 strokes/min, table dimensions of 500 x 800 mm, a ram's surface of 380 x 560 mm, and a table-guide distance of 450 mm. It comes with ram compensation cylinders, hydraulic overload protection, a ram slide jib in SKC anti-friction material, and automatic lubrication. Options include an electronic variable speed drive, blankholder cushion, light beam safety device, and automatic change of stroke.
