KSG Technologies has indigenously developed Clincher Series Fastener Installation Press. This can install self-clinching fasteners efficiently and reliably. A unique safety switch in conjunction with a distance sensor ensures operator finger safety. The fast acting hydro-pneumatic fume application system ensures better productivity. Press forward stroke is continuously monitored with an accurate distance sensor to control the depth of fastener insertion, which means the power stroke is released instantaneously upon ram reaching the set distance. This feature allows good throughput and consistent insertion.
