Extrusion press

Extrusion press is available in capacities 150, 200, 250, 360, 600 and 900 metric tonnes. Typical applications are all types of sections: round, hex, square, flat, etc; and hollow pipes. Designed, manufactured, assembled and tested at Mico Hydraulics, this covers the widest range of applications for metals like aluminium, copper, brass, and German silver. With in-house design improvements evolving over the years, based on various requirements of extrusion process, the new range of Mico Hydraulics presses are robust and compact in construction, user friendly and maintenance free. Meeting global standards and customer needs, these press also posses advanced features like infinitely variable extrusion speeds. The hydraulic system is built with the use of logic valves resulting in fast response and minimum internal leakage. The manifold construction reduces the clumsy piping and the oil leakage. Other features include: higher/lower extrusion speeds against specific requirements; centralised lubrication system for main ram, container, shear and die slide guides; rubber components like oil seals, O-rings, etc, suitable for cavities; operation is smooth and fully automatic through push buttons.
