Mico Hydraulics offers Extrusion Presses. These presses are ideally suitable for brass, copper & aluminium. Features: occupy less space due to integrated compact construction; contains pre-compressed column, tensioned tie rod, resulting in many advantages over simple tie rod press; better rigidity than simple tie-rod press; provides solid support to the guides of container and moving cross head; alignment is perfectly maintained due to proper location of parts; and ensures perfect parallelism between end plate and cylinder. Specifications: capacity: 150 MT, 200 MT, 250 MT, 360 MT, 600 MT and 900 MT. Applications: all types of sections - round, hex, square, flat, etc; and hollow pipes. With in-house design improvements evolving over the years, based on various requirements of extrusion process. The company also offers pressure die casting press; closed frame hydraulic press; C-frame hydraulic press; and rubber moulding hydraulic press, metal scrap baling press, hydraulically operated billet cutter machines.
