Envelope Presses

Plasto Metalcast offers Envelope Presses. These are ideally suitable for pre-cured tread rubber, tyre retreading, new tyre manufacturing and other rubber process. These are suitable for manufacturing envelops ranging from 12.00 x 24 to 9.00 x 20 sizes having a daylight gap of 34" with complete fittings including 40 HP power pack with complete electrical for auto operation. The envelope moulds are available in the following sizes: 9.00 x 20/10.00 x 20; 11.00 x 20; 12.00 x 20/12.00 x 24; and 12.00 x 24.
