Hewlett-Packard India offers a Digital Press, the HP Indigo WS6000. This is the most productive, high-speed digital solution for medium-run label and packaging printing, with print quality surpassing that of conventional printing. Indigo WS6000 enables label and packaging printers to transfer jobs up to 4,000 linear metres from conventional printing to digital at lower cost-while achieving superior quality, productivity and profitability. The press operates at 30 metres per minute for 4-colour jobs, and produces up to 90,000 square metres or 300,000 linear metres per month (one shift). It supports repeat lengths of 317 x 980 mm efficiently using each frame of the substrate and reducing media waste. It also enables minimum operator intervention and efficient set-up time. Top-shelf colour quality: the exclusive HP Electroink liquid ink delivers colour quality that surpasses conventional printing. It offers the choice of using mixed spot inks and 4-, 6- or 7-colour simulations.
