Die spotting press

ISGEC manufactures Die spotting press, a high precision press with accuracy conforming to JIS 6403 special grade. These are available in 5 models: 2 of capacity 500 kN, and 3 of 1000 kN. Salient features: facilitates accurate spotting - accurate micro inching enables adjustments in increments of 0.05 mm and repetitive accuracy of ?0.05 mm; very high precision; sustained accuracy over long life - equalising beam to maintain parallelism for large size presses (table size of more than 3 m in length; quick die change of heavy dies - moving bolster provided, movement in front; very high rigidity - deflection of slide and bed limited to 0.168 mm/m under full load uniformly distributed over two-third area; and positive security to operators working on dies - slide locking facility at any position of stroke by positive stops and interlocks.
