Cross Shaft Press

Kawa Press Systems has developed a Cross Shaft Press. The models have a capacity of between 10 to 250-tonnes and are made of rigid frame construction. They incorporate several standard and optional features for optimum productivity like pneumatic clutch/brake unit, pneumatic die cushion, stroke counters, hydraulic overload safety device, electronic operator safety device, hydraulic tools clamping systems, quick die unloading systems, centralised automatic lubrication systems, etc. Press automation can also be done with the installation of de-coilers, straighteners, feeders, choppers, etc. Special executions are also possible to meet individual production requirements.
