Cold Extrusion Presses

Impact Machines offers double-sided single point Cold Extrusion Presses, PSE Series. These are equipped with ejector, single end drive, single geared, straight sided crank mechanical power presses, with fixed stroke. Salient features include: duly stress relieved frame; pneumatically operated clutch and brake unit; centralised timer controlled auto lubrication system; hydraulic overload safety cum jam release device; motorised slide adjustment through brake motor; digital die height indicator with least count of 0.1 mm; pneumatically balanced slide, with digital production counter, dual electro valve; PLC based electricals with MMI including latest electro-pneumatic safety control; and suitable photo electric safety guard on front of press. Impact Machines is a manufacturer of Mechanical Power Presses, based on proven designs, available in various types, in capacities ranging from 10 to 800 tonnes. These are used by blue chip automobile, white goods, cold and hot forgings, electronic components, and motor lamination manufacturers or their ancillaries. The manufacturing plant is equipped with all the facilities such as fabrication, stress relieving, horizontal boring, milling, grinding, drilling, lathes, high capacity overhead cranes, testing and measuring instruments, etc. The design department uses Auto-CAD as well as E-Pro (SolidWorks) with finite element analysis for designing of presses.
