Tailift Company Limited of Taiwan, manufactures CNC Turret Punch Presses now sold in India by Nebashi CNC Automation. The highlights of these presses are: high performance valves controlled through PLC for trouble-free performance; pneumatic punch pick-up tool provided as standard with some model; wear resistance alloy steel with impact resistance rotation system employed on two auto index stations for trouble-free operation; unlimited auto repositioning on X-axis; turret stations with replaceable heat-treated high strength and wear-resistant bushes. Structure of the machine designed through static and transient analysis through special CAD Software; stress relieved and vibration/ impact tested; noise-and trouble-free German hydraulic clutch; choice of high speed brush tables and standard ball tables; lever principle clamps for firm gripping of sheets; automatic grease lubrication unit; Fanuc OPC controller; and Australian Auto CAM PC based automatic programming system with nesting and automatic tool placement software as an option.
