CNC hydraulic press brakes

Hindustan Hydraulics Pvt Ltd offers EHP model CNC hydraulic press brakes of capacity ranging from 50 to 1000 tonnes. The press brakes are offered with closed-loop proportional hydraulics. Two linear scales are provided on either side of the machine to assure press beam depth accuracy up to 10 microns. The machine is offered with a range of controller options (Delem DM 51, DM 54, DA 64, DA 65 and DA 69), various types of back gauge options from x-axis (single axis to six axes back gauge), tool, etc. The frame is machined in single set-up to achieve high level of parallelism between press beam and table. These press brakes find wide applications, wherever higher productivity, accuracy and repeatability are desired. Custom-built machines can be offered to match requirements of high daylight stroke, horn or tandem options. All the accuracy checks conform to latest DIN standards.
