Sahajanand Laser Technology introduces the latest version of its Trishul series of high precision CNC turret punch press system with punching force of 15, 20 and 30 tonnes, which offers affordable techno-qualitative process solution for fabrication industry. The system is a unique combination of simplicity, accuracy, affordability and reliability, with latest technology in punching and nibbling. It can punch 6 mm thick metal sheet of size 1240 mm x 4000 (with repo) and withstand 145 kg sheet weight. Accurate and faster AC servo motors and drives move the table. It has vast tooling potential, viz, 36 fixed tools, plus 1 auto index tool and 1 vary tool are used to increase versatility. There are 12 pencil tools in the vary tool and the auto index tool can be rotated by 360?. It means ability to produce a variety of components and punching wide range of shapes and contours are now at your fingertips without retooling. The max punch dia is 100 mm and the number of hits/min is up to 150. The max speed of the turret is 30 RPM and the table speed is up to 60 mt/min. This implies faster operation. Thus the result - remarkable productivity at a very economical way through simplicity of operation and faster speed. One can achieve higher quality at affordable process cost.
