Weldor Engineering Pvt Ltd offers a CNC Synchro Press Brake. The design of this synchro press brake is based on Y1-Y2 cylinders synchronised for parallelism of ram and table through electronic control.
- The steel frame is rigidly welded and monoblock construction is designed to absorb under load
- Cylinders are made out of high quality steel and precisely honed
- Pistons are hard chrome plate and ground
- Seals used are of quality material and of imported make
- Ram travels through rigid and accurate low friction fibre slide ways to achieve desired beam tilt
- Full electronic synchronisation with servo valve technology of (Bosch-Rexroth or other imported make) assures continuous monitoring and correction of Y1 and Y2 parallelism through CNC control
- Stroke depth measurement through electronic liner scales up to 5 microns resolution; one side bending without any damage to guiding system
- CNC X-axis (back gauge) travels on two ball screws and hard chromed rod through roller cage guiding
- CNC X-axis (back gauge) driven by AC servo motor (imported make) and encoder with close loop control
