CNC Precision High Speed Press

Mabu introduces a range of high speed presses, featuring pressing forces of 120 kN, 250 kN, 320 kN, 500 kN and 800 kN. The presses are fitted with a double toggle link drive with infinitely variable stroke adjustment and backlash-free, pretensioned 16-fold ram slide guiding. Rotating mass balancing is featured as standard. High-speed versions with up to 1,000 strokes per minute with additional oscillating mass balancing are available. The CNC microprocessor control is able to store 40 tool data sets. Optionally, an external memory for management of up to 8,000 tool data sets can be supplied. All important machine parameters are fully programmable, enablint, tool changes within a few minutes,
