CNC Hydraulic Punch Press

Hindustan Hydraulics offers CNC Hydraulic Punch Press, Aquila 2500. This is a new improved machine suitable to handle 1250 x 2500 mm without repositioning. This is 15-station machine with three hydraulic clamps. This machine is with programmable stroke length, stripper height control with 650 SPM nibbling at 1 mm pitch 5 mm stroke and 300 SPM punching rate at 25 mm pitch with 8 mm stroke. All the tools are indexable within ±15 mins accuracy. Maximum tool size is 76 mm and for the multi tool (max 16 mm dia). The punching accuracy will be within ±0.1 mm over 1 m and the repositioning accuracy will be within ±0.1 mm. The machine is standard with Siemens 840 control, heavy-duty dual ball screw drive and optional off line Radan software .The machine is suitable for all the punching and forming applications. Various options like part chute, vacuum suction, brush table, etc., are available as per the requirement
