CNC Hydraulic EHP Press Brake

Hindustan Hydraulics offers a CNC hydraulic EHP press brake, with its design based on S-B-R (synchronised bed reference) principle with Y1-Y2 control. Features: rigidly welded, stress relieved frame ensures minimum deflection even under maximum load; cylinders from high quality forged steel are precisely honed; pistons are hard chromed for longer life. Machining of frames is in single set-up on CNC floor borers; rigid and accurate guiding of pressing beam achieves the desired beam-tilt; full electronic synchronisation with proportional valve technology assures constant monitoring and correction of beam parallelism through CNC system; stroke depth measurement through high precision linear glass scales up to 0.01 mm; precise press beam depth mechanism enables desired bending accuracy and repeatability even over longer use; off-centre bending without any damage to guiding system; controller and backguage options available; safety regulations as per the industrial norms; and Delem controller ? known worldwide for dedicated press brake and shear controllers. Delem offers basic new DA-51 and DM-54 controllers for 4-5 axis press brakes. Delem's new generation of 60 series controller operates under Windows and offers peripheral applications, analysis tool, net working, and remote diagnostics options. DA windows is part of a modular system, which is based on Delem Modusys architecture. Controllers can be installed with various axis modules and is based on Delem industrial high speed bus (HSB). Optional accessories: anti deflection system, hydraulic tool clamping, hydraulic sheet follower system, and laser based bend measuring system.
