Quattro Engineering India offers CNC Hydraulic Down Stroke Press Brake from Durmazlar of Turkey, the world’s second largest manufacturer of sheet metal machines. The production range of this reliable down stroking CNC press brakes includes AD-R (3-axis) and AD-S (4-axis) type machines. Durma CNC press brakes are incorporated with linear measuring scales at each end of the ram, which measures accurately parallelism and final bend position with in 0.01 mm, which results in the production of precision components. Durma machines shall be fitted with suitable CNC controller, from world-class suppliers DELEM or CybElec. CNC controls can automatically calculate the bend sequence, bend angle, back gauge retraction, bend allowance and has collision protection features also. Sheet followers, which reduce operator’s fatigue, support large sheets and panels, follow them during bending and prevent ‘dishing’. Durma machines are available from 40 tonnes to 2000 tonnes and bed length from 1200 mm to 8000 mm. Tandem machines are also produced. Productivity of the press brake depends on the efficient tool clamping system. For quick and accurate tool settings, quick release clamps or hydraulic top clamps can be supplied. Tool mounting is available for Durma, WILA, and European style toolings. Laser hardening facility (one in three in the world) is available in Durma factory. The back gauges are motorized, with linear guide ways and ball bearings system. To maintain uniform bending angle, crowning system is useful. Manual and CNC controlled crowning are available.
