Lutterberg GmbH is engaged in providing varieties of Briquette Press such as briquette made of paper, peat, ash & rice waste, 2 pieces of briquette press silo with screw feeder, briquette press pack table with up to 900 kg hours and briquette press with silo. The machine is reliable, heavy duty, ram type, press designed for continuous operation, equipped with a sturdy crank gear, cross head and two flywheels. One of the flywheels acts as a pulley and is driven by the main motor through flat belt. Forced lubrication is provided by an oil-circulating system with dual filtration and forced cooling. Material is continuously fed through a hopper by means of a vertical feeder with its own gearbox and a speed motor. Regulated feed to the press is provided by independently driven screw through flexible pulley on motor. As a result of the high compression of the briquettes they are not only space saving but can be suitably used as an excellent heating fuel.
