Universal Tool, offers solid carbide high performance drills with special 'S' geometry, manufactured on 8-axis CNC grinding machine with width in geometry for high penetration with 30?, 45? helix angle profile for evacuation of chips. Special point geometry facilitates the breaking of chips into smaller pieces and special design flutes evacuate them very easily. These drills are available in the range of ? 1.5 mm up to ? 32 mm in standard and extra length series. Length to diameter ratio (L/D ratio) up to 10 mm can be achieved with these drills. These are manufactured from premium microgram carbide and CNC ground with specially generated software. These can be used from regular to unhardened and hardened materials with high silica content. They offer very good surface finish and accurate holes. These drills are also offered in the TiN coating, TiCn coating and cryogenic treated.
