Drills for Exotic Material, Solid Carbide

Universal Tool offers special solid carbide spiral twist drills for drilling exotic materials. These are suitable for drilling in titanium, nickel base and very high strength materials, and are made on 6-axis CNC grinding machine with special point geometry and special flute design for shearing and penetrating in exotic materials. The company also makes special drills for machining, drills in hardened steels even above 60 HRC, giving very high rigidity to prevent tool breakage. These are offered from 0.7 mm up to ? 32 in length from standard 30 mm to 400 mm as extra long series.
