Drill, Stub Series

JK Files & Tools offers a range of high-speed steel twist drills and tool bits. Stub Series are straight shank ground flute drills. These are recommended for use with hand drilling machine in drilling thin sections, sheet metal, car and bus bodies, etc. These can also be used in automatic and capstan lathes. The range covers 1.0 mm to 4.00 mm (inches 3/64 to 1-1/2) with h8 tolerance. Features: finish - bright; point angle - standard 118? to 120?; right hand cutting and right hand normal helix; and manufacturing specifications conforming to IS: 5100/DIN: 1897/BS: 328/ISO. Options: available in blue finish, slow and quick helix.
