Teknik Engineers offers an innovative multi drill head, which has a novel concept of spindle adjustment without universal joints. The planetary adjustment of spindles ensures rigidity, reliability and compactness. Jig bored cluster plates ensure accuracy of spindle coordinates, smooth speed and fast setting. Teknik offers tool design facility to design various versions of multi-drill heads with self clamping fixtures consisting of pillar sets, quick clamping type clamping fixtures and special jigs. These are ideal for manual and CNC replacement of tools ranging from minimum two spindles to maximum ten spindles per pitch circle diameter. Drill sizes are from 3 to 31.75 mm and minimnm centre distance 18 mm to 200 mm. The company's design office can work out solutions for multi drilling problems without the specified range of drill dia and centre distances, based on component drawing, highlighting the drill hole positions and pitch circle dia.
