Blade type dressers

Coimbatore-based Balaji Diamond Tools supplies blade type dressers for angular and centreless grinders. If desired, these are available with swivelling holder or with diamond abrasive plate brazed in a shank. Whole non-crushed natural grains are uniformly disposed in a special pattern. It can be hand-set for confirming to very close tolerances on the work piece, more particularly for truing and forming of profiles. It restores the required effective roughness of the wheel surface and is adapted to the machining operation by varying the traverse dressing feed. Complete use without maintenance and reduced inventory are its features.
