Suraj Machine Tools offers a Vertical Milling Machine, VSM-2. This is suitable for mass production purpose. The vertical and cross movements are operated by hand. Auto feed is provided in both directions for longitudinal movement of the table. Specifications: surface table (1050 x 250 mm); distance between T-slot is 62 mm; longitudinal travel of table (600 mm); cross travel of table (230 mm); vertical adjustment of table (450 mm); distance between centre line of spindle to lower surface of over arm (115 mm); taper in spindle (ISO 40); head swivelling to both side; diameter of milling arbor (25.4mm); a range of spindle speeds are 40, 72, 100, 125, 225, 310, 385, 685, 960 RPM; number of feeds (3 feeds); motor power & speed (2 HP, 1440 RPM); floor space (950 x 550 mm); and height (1670 mm). A wide range of precision universal horizontal milling machine in various models like SM-0, SM-1, SM-2, SM-3 and universal gear head milling machine are also offered.
