Vertical Milling Machines

MTAB Engineers offers Vertical Milling Machines, Maxmill. This is a midrange production machine with 10 tool drum type armless ATC. Table size is 500 x 350 mm. The traverse is 300 x 250 x 250 mm. The machine is equipped with cartridge type spindle power of 3.7 kW. The machine is provided with widely placed precision LM guideways for increased rigidity and high accuracy. Also the company uses C3 class ballscrews to achieve high accuracy and long life. The castings are internally reinforced with heavy ribs to resist flex and damp vibrations. The control options are: Fanuc Oi mate MC, or Siemens 802D.
