Naveen Hydrocontrols offers Tube Bending Machines, CNC16UX/TX/PTX. These have PC based controllers & automatic part counters, which have 32, bend programmes. The machine can be operated in manual, semi automatic & fully automatic modes. Features: colour LCD monitors, keyboards for date entry & editing and optional industrial touch screen LCD monitors; YBC data entry automatically calculates the actual required tube length and enters into part programme; programmable variable speeds for each axis; large/multiple programme date storage facility; fully programmable individual axis movement with closed loop position & velocity feedback control; bend arm over ride switch to prevent bend arm/machine collision when bending larger radii; programming in inches/millimeters; multi sequence bend capability for up to 5 parts with common bend radius and diameter; data entry as push, turn, bend (YBC) values or XYZ co-ordinates, program retrieval by alphanumeric code & password protection for data entry. It is used for brake and fuel piping, air conditioner piping, water heater piping, handle bar, exercise equipment & tubular furniture.
