Quality Machine Products manufactures automatic thread-milling machines with control panel boards. The machine has Multistar facility with 0.15-degree accuracy. It can produce threads of various pitches in the range 10 to 200 mm. The power of the cutter head motor is 1 to 10 HP. The speed of the headstock spindle is variable. Standard accessories of the machine are follow rest: 20 to 150 mm; taper device: 300 mm; dog chuck with flange: 14 inches; change gear set (inch and mm); two dead centres and centre adaptor. Applications: Plastic screw cutting and rubber machinery.
